We offer our Excessive Sweating or Hyperhidrosis treatments at our clinics in Glasgow, Hamilton and Inverness.

Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating is a common disorder affecting many people. It can affect any area of the body, but is most commonly found on underarms, palms of the hands and soles of the feet. Sweating is perfectly normal as it controls body temperature, however a small amount of people find themselves with an overproductive system causing sweating to occur at inappropriate times, and in excessive quantity

The treatment uses Botulinum Toxin which is injected into the affected area. It prohibits the signals from the brain to the sweat glands, reducing the amount of sweat that is produced.

The treatment is relatively comfortable with noticeable results two weeks post treatment.
